Peter D. Clark, Ph.D.
(Vice Chairman) Peter Clark is a globally experienced, entrepreneurial, international development leader, manager, consultant, researcher, educator, and producer/director with an extensive practitioner and academic background in international development and adult and non-formal education. He has held senior director posts and managed complex consultancies managing large teams of people to achieve ambitious objectives in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. He regularly leads teams around the world that conceptualize and implement dynamic international development, education, and communications solutions to address significant challenges, deftly integrating traditional and new media. Peter has a Ph.D. in social science from Cornell University with a special concentration in adult and non-formal education and international development. He has a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Wheaton College.
Rev. Josue Fajardo
(Chairman) Josué (Josh) Fajardo was born in the Dominican Republic. He spent his early childhood growing up in the Northeast, New York (city) and Rochester (NY). As a teenager moved to Tampa, Florida. Education: B.S. at Tampa Technology Institute; Degree in architecture, with minors in structural and mechanical design. He is an ordained elder and has served as a missionary for the Free Methodist Church Since 2003. He currently serves as the Europe Area Director for the denomination. Based in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, a suburb of Madrid, Spain. Josh also oversees a non-governmental organization (NGO,) New Light and Life International, that encompasses the Mosaico Cultural Center. The Mosaico Cultural Center includes after-school programs and compassion ministries. Also, Josh is a founding member of Impact Europe.. He is married to Susy (Cruz) and together they have two daughters, Gabriela and Isabella.
